Selfishness and sin
* I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me (Galatians 2:20; NIV).
* No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us (1 John 4:12; NIV).
* If anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives in them and they in God (1 John 4:15; NIV).
Living God,
Help me!
I’m full of selfishness
And sin.
Please come to live in me,
So I can live in you.
Fill me completely –
Soul and spirit,
Heart and mind,
Flesh and bone
And blood.
Then, you will flow through my veins each day,
Replacing all my selfishness and sin
With love.
