Hi, everyone. If you read yesterday’s blog, you may be doing a quick double-take right now, and thinking that I’m repeating myself. But today’s prayer illustrates how ideas continue to flow, even after publication, so I just wanted to share something of that process with you all today. With very best wishes from Ruth XXXX
Without you
Three things will last forever – faith, hope, and love – and the greatest of these is love
(1 Corinthians 13:13; NLT).
Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth and the life” (John 14:6; NLT).
For the Kingdom of God is not a matter of what we eat or drink, but of living a life of goodness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit (Romans 14:17; NLT).
O LORD my God, how great you are (Psalm 104:1; NLT).
“My Lord and my God!” Thomas exclaimed (John 20:28; NLT).
Father,
There is no faith, hope, or love
Without you;
No way, truth, or life
Without your Son;
And no goodness, peace, or joy
Without your Spirit.
How great you are,
My Lord and my God!
