Contemplation
Our lives are in his hands
(Psalm 66:9; NLT).
The eternal God is your refuge, and his everlasting arms are under you
(Deuteronomy 33:27; NLT).
Then Jesus shouted, “Father, I entrust my spirit into your hands!” And with those words he breathed his last
(Luke 23:46; NLT).
Father,
In contemplation,
I’m aware
Of your guiding hand
On my life,
And your everlasting arms
Beneath me.
Thank you so much
For all your love
And support,
No matter what befalls me –
In both life,
And death.
