Immortal soul

You live in us,
You know our thoughts,
You long to make us whole.

You are our way,
Our truth, our life,
And our immortal soul.

Christ lives in me (Galatians 2:20; NIV).

Jesus knew what they were thinking (Luke 5:22; NLT).

Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you, how often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings (Luke 13:34; NIV).

A man with leprosy came and knelt in front of Jesus, begging to be healed. “If you are willing, you can heal me and make me clean,” he said. Moved with compassion, Jesus reached out and touched him. “I am willing,” he said. “Be healed!”  (Mark 1:40-41; NLT).

Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life” (John 14:6; NLT).

The dust returns to the ground it came from, and the spirit returns to God who gave it (Ecclesiastes 12:7; NIV).
