Thank you

Thank you for each truth you taught,
Each step you took,
Each gift you brought.

Thank you for each word you spoke,
Each healing touch,
Each rule you broke.

Thank you for each sign you gave,
Each tale you told,
Each soul you saved.

Thank you for each act of love,
Each wound received,
Each drop of blood.

The Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth (John 1:14; NKJV).

My words will never disappear (Luke 21:33; NLT).

They laid them before Jesus, and he healed them all (Matthew 15:30; NLT).

The Son of Man is Lord, even over the Sabbath (Luke 6:5; NLT).

This miraculous sign at Cana in Galilee was the first time Jesus revealed his glory (John 2:11; NLT).

He taught them by telling many stories in the form of parables (Mark 4:2; NLT).

When Jesus saw his mother standing there [near the cross] beside the disciple he loved, he said to her, “Dear woman, here is your son.”  And he said to this disciple, “Here is your mother.” And from then on this disciple took her into his home (John 19:26-7; NLT).

He ordered Jesus flogged with a lead-tipped whip, then turned him over to the Roman Soldiers to be crucified (Mark 15:15; NLT).

This is my blood, which confirms the covenant between God and his people. It is poured out as a sacrifice to forgive the sins of many (Matthew 26:28; NLT).

I'd love to hear from you...
