Breast cancer, mastectomy,, solitude, silence, stillness, darkness, contemplation, prayer,

Silence falls

Then silence falls
As we draw near

To see your face,
So bright, so dear,

And hear your voice,
So still, so small,

And grasp how much
You love us all.
