I know that the Lord is always with me. I will not be shaken, for he is right beside me (Psalm 16:8; NLT).
1. When I wake, Lord,
You are with me.
When I pray
We join as one.
2. When I walk
You go with me
In rain, or storm,
Or summer sun.
3. When I serve,
We work together.
When I’m sick,
You share my pain.
4. When I sleep,
You rest beside me
Till we rise
To start again.
5. Lord, in danger,
You are with me,
Guarding me
With staff and rod;
6. And, in death,
You’ll still be here,
To guide my spirit
Back to God.

This is beautiful, Ruth. xxx
You’re so kind – I don’t know what to say! I’m writing this whilst treating my legs!!! XXXXX
I’ve just finished putting the tree up! I haven’t seemed to have had a minute today, but I enjoyed shopping. I might have time for a session before the old man gets back from work. 👣😁xxx
Hope your tree looks lovely! I’ve discovered that it’s much better to treat the legs with them raised, more or less horizontal with the floor, and level with my hips, otherwise the leggings slip down. It’s the calf muscles I concentrate on XXXX
Lol Ruth, for minute I thought we were still talking about Christmas trees😂 xxx
Still chuckling! XXXXX
😁xxx
I thought ‘what do I use, linseed oil perhaps?’
Then … ‘legs? legs?!’
It finally dawned on me the conversation had now turned to massage. 😂
I’m thinking of calling mine Tom (as in Hardy) and Johnny (as in Depp). 😁xxx
How about Rightie and Leftie? I refer to the whole device as my “Leggings”, like the ones I had to wear as a child xxxxxx
Lol Ruth, your names are a lot more proper than mine. xxx
Now racking my brains to imagine what yours could possibly be! xxxxxx
p.s. I’ll probably stick to leggings too. ☺
Chuckling! Maybe that’s safest xxxxx
