Truth

We will speak the truth in love,
growing in every way more and more like Christ
(Ephesians 4:15; NLT).

1. Jesus spoke the truth
In love –
It didn’t go down well

2. With Pharisees,
And Sadducees,
And those with stuff to sell

3. Inside the temple:
As he taught,
Each time he paused for breath,

4. The people he reproved
Rejected him,
And planned his death.
