Heaven

Hello everyone. I pray for you all. Yesterday I was admitted to hospital as an emergency, so please forgive any shortcomings in my blogs, or my posting-times over the next few days. With love from Ruth xxxxxx

✝️

The dust returns to the ground it came from,
and the spirit returns to God who gave it
(Ecclesiastes 12:7; NIV).

1. One day
I will rest again
In heaven,
By your side.

2. One day
I will walk again
With you, Lord,
As my guide.

3. One day
I will run again
With you,
Restored and free.

4. One day
I will dance again –
Then you will dance
With me.

He will wipe every tear from their eyes,
and there will be no more death or sorrow
or crying or pain.
All these things are gone forever
(Revelation 21:3-4; NLT).

  • Sister Ruth:

May you feel closer to God than ever as you go through this season of illness.

May His strength be perfect—even if yours is gone.

God will fulfill His purpose for you.

    Prayers continue 🙏

    In Christ’s love, David.

  • My prayer for you Ruth
Dear Father, Thank you for surrounding Ruth with your presence. Thank you for Your word that says “because of Your great love she will not be consumed for Your compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.” Thank you for the provision of the care she needs. May Your peace which transcends all understanding guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus during this time. In Jesus name I pray, Amen (Deut. 31:6, Lam 3:22-23, Phil. 4:6)

    • Dear Beth, thank you so much for your lovely message and prayer. You are the second person today to send me this “New every morning” message, so I’m especially taking note. I’ve been scooped up and sorted out medically, so being sent home today, though I’ll have to come back in a couple of weeks, as I was much too ill for the procedure I was meant to be having. Absolutely exhausted, weak and shaky, but out of danger. Plus, I’ve just had my first shower since this all started. Thank you so much for thinking of me. With love from Ruth xxxxx
