Choose today whom you will serve
(Joshua 24:15; NLT).
1. Our love for God
Cannot be forced –
It grows throughout the years,
2. With prayer and worship,
Faith, and trust;
With sacrifice, and tears.
3. As we live
In his presence,
He will fill us to the brim,
4. Until we overflow
Becoming more like him.
1. The Lord must wait for you to come to him so he can show you his love and compassion (Isaiah 30:18; NLT).
2. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows (John 16:33; NLT).
If we are to share his glory, we must also share his suffering (Romans 8:17; NLT).
3. We know how dearly God loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love (Romans 5:5; NLT).
4. May the Lord cause you to increase and overflow with love for one another and for everyone (1 Thessalonians 3:12; CSB).
The Lord – who is the Spirit – makes us more and more like him as we are changed into his glorious image (2 Corinthians 3:18; NLT).

Amen! The older we get the more we have to be thankful for with God our Creator. All the attacks He stood by us in, all the fires He has rescued us from, to place us safely on His Rock. I simply must love Him!
Snap! I have no idea how people without faith can manage life’s trials and sorrows. Trust blindly in God, and in his love xxxxxx
