In the darkness,
Bands of light –
Gleaming,
Streaming,
Dazzling bright;
Watching,
Sharing with delight:
I love you.
In the stillness,
Waves of gold –
Growing,
Flowing,
New-born, old;
Spreading,
Coming to enfold:
You love me.
He loves us with unfailing love
