My surname is Duncan, and I am of Scottish descent. Hence my affinity with our mutual friend A. K. Your poem comes at a good time, as I have been asked to take on additional leadership responsibilities at work. This feels like a stretch for me, because I am an Barnabas type leader, not a Paul type.
