Excellent Ruth! I upgraded just before Christmas to a Samsung s7+ which I find easier.
That’s good news, Alan. This isn’t an upgrade: my previous iPad just locked up completely yesterday around lunchtime. Nothing would help, though we tried all the advised approaches. I had a migraine, so today John, a true gentleman, drove to Douglas and bought me a new one. We’ve just set it up, rather shakily together! xxxxxxxx

Thank you for such a lovely message, Alan. That made me smile. Yes, my old one had developed multiple creaks and groans. It kept going until it could do no more. No regrets, but it made me realise how much I depend on it for posting my blogs, staying in touch with far-flung people, and responding to messages.
