Compared to you

1. Lord,
Compared to you
We’re drops of rain;

2. Stars in the sky;
Fragments of sand,
Or dust.

3. And yet,
Your word is true:
You share our pain,

4. Hearing each sigh,
Holding each hand –
We trust.
