Darkness is the same as light

1. Darkness is the same
As light:
Both conceal God
From my sight.

2. Wrapped in shadow,
Dazzling bright,
He guides my spirit,
Day and night.

3. Light and dark
Are just the same:
Both declare
His sacred name,

4. Which cleanses me
Of sin and shame,
And sets my dying heart
Aflame.
