Less and more

Put on your new nature, and be renewed
as you learn to know your Creator and become like him
(Colossians 3:10; NLT).

1. Lord,
May I grow more like you,
By talking less,
And listening more.

2. Lord,
May I grow more like you,
By wanting less,
And serving more.

3. Lord,
May I grow more like you,
By taking less,
And giving more.

4. Lord,
May I grow more like you,
By judging less,
And loving more.

Let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes
(Ephesians 4:23; NLT).

1. Lord,
You walk with me,
And I with you,
For you delight in me,
And I in you.

2. Lord,
You talk to me,
And I to you,
Then you speak out through me,
And I through you.

3. Lord,
You care for me,
And I for you,
While you reach out through me,
And I through you.

4. Lord,
You live in me,
And I in you,
So you are one with me,
And I with you.
