You’re here

God is with us
(Isaiah 7:14; NLT).

Father God,
You’re here, in sorrow:
Heal us through your holy name.

Son of Man,
You’re here, in sickness:
Share our anguish, and our pain.

Holy Ghost,
You’re here, in darkness:
Guide us with your staff and rod.

Three-In-One,
You’re here, within us:
Light our path to you, Lord God.

💜

The dust returns to the ground it came from,
and the spirit returns to God who gave it
(Ecclesiastes 12:7; NIV).

Creation exalts you (#2 of 2 linked prayers)

I will show wonders in the heavens and on the earth
(Joel 2:30; NIV).

1. Father,
Creation exalts you:
Rocks break
When your hurricanes blow.

2. Jesus,
The wild waves obey you;
Earth quakes,
And your living springs flow.

3. Spirit,
The universe serves you:
Flames leap,
And your great waters flood.

4. Threefold God,
Reigning in heaven:
You speak –
And we bow down, in love.

The divinity of God:
You form us,
Then you give us life and breath.

You came to earth
To set us free from death.

You come to bring us power
From above.

You long for us
To join your dance of love.

who is over all and in all and living through all.
(Ephesians 4:6; NLT).

One hope, one love;

From heaven above.

One Trinity;
One flesh, one blood,
One mystery.
