Prayer, body, mind, heart, soul, realisation, important, prayer, contemplation,

I’ve fallen

Lord,

I’ve fallen
Straight into your hands.

I’m thunderstruck,
Yet I will gladly stay.

I can’t go any further –
Your arms hold me,

So here I will give thanks,
Rejoice, and pray.

Lord,

I’ve fallen
Straight into your hands.

There’s nowhere else
That I would rather be.

So I will gladly stay
With you forever,

For here, at last, held tightly, Lord,
I’m free.

Completely,

Committing your soul
Into his hands

At the very moment
Of your death.
