Slow healing

He laid his hands on every one of them, and healed them (Luke 4:40; KJV).

With his stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5; KJV).

************************************************

Lord,

Healing bleeds so slowly
From your hands to ours,

Like honey, dripping from
A broken comb,

Or oil, oozing from the press
When fruit is crushed.

Standard
Prayer

Peace

Oh, that you had heeded my commandments! Then your peace would have been like a river (Isaiah 48:18; NKJV).

May the Lord […] give you his peace (Numbers 6: 26; NLT).

The Lord pours down his blessings (Psalm 85:12; NLT).

…………………………………………….

Lord God,
May peace,
Repentance,
Healing,
Light,
And love
Flood every heart
Throughout the world
Today.

Prayer

Nothing else

Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth and the life” (John 14:6; NLT).

He […] heals all my diseases (Psalm 103:3; NLT).

I am leaving you with a gift – peace of mind and heart (John 14:27; NLT).

The Lord is my shepherd; I have all that I need (Psalm 23; 1; NLT).

Jesus,
Healing,
Peace,
And love –

There’s
Nothing else
I want
Or need.

Prayer

Healing

It is by grace you have been saved, through faith – and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God (Ephesians 2:8; NIV).

Though I sit in darkness, the Lord will be my light (Micah 7:8; NLT).

No one can receive anything unless God gives it from heaven (John 3:27; NLT).

Immediately the boy’s father exclaimed, “I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!” (Mark 9:24; NIV).

Lord God,
Pease give me faith
That in the darkness
Of contemplation,
You are slowly healing me.

Standard
Prayer

Healing

He forgives all my sins and heals all my diseases (Psalm 103:3; NLT).

If you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly father will also forgive you (Matthew 6:12,14-15; NIV).

The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love (Galatians 5:6; NIV).

Then your salvation will come like the dawn, and your wounds will quickly heal (Isaiah 58:8; NLT).

Lord,
What must we do,
If we want be healed?

First, we must ask
For your forgiveness.

Then, forgive those
Who’ve sinned against us, too.

Next, we must learn to love you,
And our neighbours;

Then, to love all our enemies,
And ourselves.

When we are sick,
These things are so important,

For as we forgive and love,
Our wounds are healed.
