We’re one

Lord,
You make us all to be like you:
You live in us, you’re part of us,
We’re one.

Lord,
May we respond to this great gift:
We live in you, we’re part of you,
We’re one.

Lord,
May we love everyone alive:
You live in us, you’re part of us,
We’re one.

Lord,
May we rejoice with all the world:
We live in you, we’re part of you,
We’re one.

Never stop praying

If you never stop praying,
With nothing concealed,
And confess all your failings
Your mind will be healed.

If you thank God unceasingly,
Love without end,
And worship him gladly
Your heartache will mend.

If you’re always rejoicing,
Forgiving each wrong,
And asking God’s mercy
Your soul will grow strong.

So, live in his presence,
Commune day and night,
Then you will eternally
Walk in his light.

Live in hope

Hello everyone, I’m just home from hospital. Still pretty sedated and absolutely exhausted, but very glad to be here. More comfortable without wound drain and cannula. My love to you all XXXXXX

Lord,
When we stop trying
To be something
We are not,
And start accepting
All of what we are,
Then we begin
To live in hope,
With you.

When we stop longing
To be something
We are not,
And start accepting
All of what we are,
Then we begin
To live in peace,
With you.

When we stop dying
To be something
We are not,
And start accepting
All of what we are,
Then we begin
To live in love,
With you.
