When I’m slow

Lord,

When I’m slow
To recognise
Your presence,
Please help me
To seek out your face
Each day.

When I’m slow
To recognise
Your kindness,
Please help me
To express my thanks
Each day.

When I’m slow
To recognise
Your glory,
Please help me
To heap praise on you
Each day.

And when I’m slow
To recognise
Your mercy,
Please help me
To rejoice in you
Each day.
