Prayer, suffering, life, courage, help, bear, illness, mental, physical,

You hold us all

You hold us all
As tight as we can bear, Lord,

And help us through the trials
We must face.

Please help us to be patient
In our sorrows,

So we can all endure them
With your grace.

You hold me (Psalm 18:48; NLT).

Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows (John 16:33; NLT).

In everything we do, we show that we are true ministers of God. We patiently endure troubles and hardships and calamities of every kind (2 Corinthians 6:4; NLT).

You know the generous grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. Though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, so that by his poverty he could make you rich (2 Corinthians 8:9; NLT).

He was oppressed and treated harshly, yet he never said a word (Isaiah 53:7; NLT).

Hand in hand

Hand in hand

For I hold you by your right hand – I, the LORD your God. And I say to you, “Don’t be afraid, I am here to help you” (Isaiah 41:13; NLT).

Let us go on instead and become mature in our understanding (Hebrews 6:1; NLT).

O LORD my God, how great you are! (Psalm 104;1; NLT).

You know
Exactly how tight
To hold my hand,
As I grow
Towards maturity
In understanding you.

How wonderful you are!
How kind!
