Three things will last forever – faith, hope, and love – and the greatest of these is love (1 Corinthians 13:13; NLT).

Lord,
I pray for faith,
And hope,
And love –

In every heart
Throughout
This troubled world.

I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one – as you are in me, Father, and I am in you. And may they be in us so that the world will believe you sent me (John 17:21; NLT).

Lord,
To be at one with you,
And with all people:
That’s what I seek.

To love you,
And to love all people:
That’s what I seek.

To serve you,
And to serve all people:
That’s what I seek.

Please help me, Lord,
Through Jesus’ name,
Amen.

Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me (Psalm 23:4; KJV).

Show love to foreigners (Deuteronomy 10:19; NLT).

Love your enemies! (Matthew 5:44; NLT).

I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one – as you are in me, Father, and I am in you (John 17:21; NLT).

Lord,
To love you
Is to love all people;

To serve you
Is to serve all people;

To be one with you
Is to be one with all people;

Jesus replied, “If only you knew the gift God has for you and who you are speaking to, you would ask me, and I would give you living water” (John 4:10; NLT).

Lord,
You are the gift
That gives forever;
You are the light
That always shines.

You are the truth
That lasts forever;
You are the fire
That always burns.

You are the love
That lives forever;
You are the peace
That always reigns.

In his hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all mankind (Job 12:10; NIV).

The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms (Deuteronomy 33:27; NIV).

Lord,
Please help us
To remember
That even when
Bad things happen,
We are always safe
In your hands.

The Lord is peace (Judges 6:24; NIV).
