In all my hardships

In all my hardships, Lord,
You suffer, too;
You share each blow, each feeling,
And each thought.

You rescue me, my Saviour,
And redeem;
You carry me through life,
Though I am naught.

We share one Spirit, Lord,
Of joy and love;
I live in you,
And you, Lord, live in me.

Together, we embrace
Life’s trials and sorrows;
So I’m at peace,
For you have set me free.
