Make your way plain for me to follow (Psalm 5:8; NLT).
May I follow your way,
And offer your love,
Live in your presence,
And pray without cease;
Shine with your light,
And blaze with your fire,
Dwell in your Spirit,
And rest in your peace.
The Lord is peace (Judges 6:24; NLT).

Lovely to read this and know, I can rest again, because He has it all in hand 💖💐
How fantastic to see you here, Paula – that’s made my day! I do hope you went back to sleep okay. With love from Ruth xxxxx
Certainly did. Had a peaceful, dreamless sleep and enjoying s lazy morning, well trying to be lazy while Lily makes a thoroughfare of sorts through her room.
Did you have a nice Easter
That’s good news. A lazy day is a good day, isn’t it? I can just picture Lily’s room: hope she makes some progress XXXXX
Nanna Maureen came round. When it comes to cleaning, she is like the Sergeant Major in “It aint half hot Mum”
My lazy morning turned into a difficult day. My dad was diagnosed with cancer and we have been waiting to see if it has spread. Worry and relief don’t sit well with manic depression.
Of course, mental health is invisible and trying to live as normal as possible with the busy joys of family and Easter celebrations is hard.
However woke this morning feeling so much better.
A thought occurred to me doing my morning jobs. I have always wondered about Angels in the bible. I know who they are now. They are people like you. God bless you, Ruth, for being my Angel.
Love you
Paula

Oh, Paula, I’m praying for your dad, and for you all. I know exactly what it’s like waiting to find out if my cancer has spread. The waiting is worse than knowing what we’re facing, to me. Please will you let me know what the hospital says? I’m with you in terms of mental health as well, as my chronic dread has been very bad for the last few weeks. I wish I had talked to you about it when we met, instead of trying to ignore it while we talked. May I message you privately about this, please? With much love from Ruth XXXX
Ps I have seen angels, and I promise you I’m nothing like them! XXXXXX
