Early yesterday morning, as soon as I began to pray, this prayer came to me:
Jesus knew that the Father had given everything into his hands, that he had come from God, and that he was going back to God (John 13:3; CSB).
Help us to find our way, Lord,
Back to you:
The only God,
Whose every word
Is true;
Who made us all,
And sent Christ from above:
The only God,
Whose every deed
Is love.
God is love (1 John 4:8; NLT).
