I want to praise

Why am I discouraged? Why is my heart so sad? I will put my hope in God! I will praise him again – my Savior and my God! (Psalm 42:11; NLT).

I want to praise,
I want to sing,
I want to follow you
And pray.

I want to help,
I want to serve,
I want to share
Your perfect way.

I want to love
With all my mind,
Heart, soul and strength:
I’ve made my choice;

But I am nothing
So I wait
In silence
For your still, small voice.

And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before the LORD. And, behold, the LORD passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the LORD; but the LORD was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; but the LORD was not in the earthquake: And after the earthquake a fire; but the LORD was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice (1 Kings 19:11; KJV).
