I lift up my eyes to the mountains – where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth (Psalm 121:1-2; NIV).
This High Priest of ours understands our weaknesses (Hebrews 4:15; NLT).
I lift my eyes,
My face, my hands
To you, the Lord
Who understands.
I lift my mind,
My heart, my soul
To you, the King
Who makes me whole.
I lift my voice,
My pleas, my cries
To you, the One
Who hears my sighs.
With all my strength,
I lift my prayers
To you, the God
Who sees, and cares.
You are the God who sees me (Genesis 16:13; NIV).
Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you (1 Peter 5:7; NIV).
