Praise
All who seek the LORD will praise him (Psalm 22:26; NLT).
“My Lord and my God!” Thomas exclaimed (John 20:28; NLT).
The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away; may the name of the Lord be praised
(Job 1:21; NIV).
Should we accept only good things from the hand of God, and never anything bad?
(Job 2:10; NLT).
In his hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all mankind (Job 12:10; NIV).
May your will be done on earth, as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10; NLT).
My Lord and my God,
May your Holy Spirit
Help me to praise you –
In light and in darkness,
In good times and bad,
In pleasure and pain,
In health and in sickness,
In life and in death.
Father,
I am in your hands;
May your will
Be done on earth
And in my life,
As it is in heaven.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.
