Believe in God; believe also in me (John 14:1; CSB).
Immediately the father cried out, “I do believe: strengthen my weak faith” (Mark 9:24; WNT).
Lord, I believe:
Please strengthen me
Each time my faith
Falls short.
Christ, I believe:
Please comfort me
Each time my hope
Breaks down.
Lord, I believe:
Please hearten me
Each time my love
Grows cold.
Three things will last forever – faith, hope, and love – and the greatest of these is love (1 Corinthians 13:13; NLT).
