Easter Sunday

Let my teaching fall on you like rain; let my speech settle like dew. Let my words fall like rain on tender grass, like gentle showers on young plants (Deuteronomy 32:2; NLT).

God’s love is a dew,
And a rain,
And a powerful storm.

God’s love is a spark,
And a flame,
And a wild, raging fire.

God’s love is a light,
And a truth,
And a wilderness way.

God’s love is a Word,
And a cross,
And a new hope each day.

God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life (John 3:16; NLT).

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade. This inheritance is kept in heaven for you (1 Peter 1:3-4; NIV).
