You have made everything:
You are my God –
May your light, in my darkness,
Gain strength, Lord, and shine.
God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” made his light shine in our hearts (2 Corinthians 4:6; NIV).
The Word gave life to everything that was created, and his life brought light to everyone. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it (John 1:5; NLT).
