Lord,
When I’m feeling anxious,
It’s because my thoughts
Are telling me
There’s something
To be anxious about.
Please help me
To sit with my anxiety
In meditation,
So I can observe it,
Understand it,
And accept it.
Then, Lord,
Please help me
To change my thoughts,
So I can be free
Of my anxiety,
At last.
