Healing

It’s wonderful, Lord,
When you heal our bodies,
Though we may fail to notice
You are there.

It’s overwhelming
When you heal our minds, Lord,
Though we may take for granted
All your care.

It’s awe-inspiring
When you heal our hearts, Lord,
Though we may brush aside
The part you played.

But it’s so humbling
When you heal our souls, Lord,
For then we have to face
The price you paid.
