Take my yoke upon you and learn from me,
for I am gentle and humble in heart
(Matthew 11:9; NLT).
1. Please guide me
On your gentle way,
In all I think, and say, and do.
Then I will gladly serve all those
Whose lives I touch, Lord,
Just like you,
2. Please lead me
On your humble way,
And let me share your heart and mind.
Then I will gladly love all those
I meet, Lord,
And all humankind.
3. Please keep me
On your narrow way,
Although its comforts may be few.
Then I will gladly be the slave
Of everyone, Lord,
Just like you.

I like this constant reminder to follow His Way is the only Way, rather than going our own faulty way. His Way is Perfect! God bless you today Ruth.
Thank you so much, Alan. How are you today? XXXX
It has been a strange day thus far, with no pain but feeling absolutely drained of any energy today. These happen sometimes, I have to just roll with it haha. Hope you are having a good day sister.
I do hope that this horrible fatigue will soon pass with rest, Alan. Strong fatigue is hard to bear and to live with. I’m better than I was yesterday, thanks, and was able to go to mass, which included the anointing of the sick, which was most welcome. Thinking of you XXXX
Thanks Ruth. I wanted to share another sister with you, Cindy is a lovely Godly woman and I felt her blog today was pertinent for me and you. https://realchristianwomen.blog/2020/11/07/when-things-arent-working-out-like-you-planned/

That was so thoughtful of you, Alan. Many thanks XXXX
